SapoTweak Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for SapoTweak.

1. Digital product access

SapoTweak is a digital software product. Access, download links, license keys, and digital services may be provided immediately after purchase.

2. General no-refund policy

Because SapoTweak is a digital product delivered immediately, refunds are generally not provided once access, download, license delivery, activation, or digital service delivery has started.

By purchasing SapoTweak, you agree that the digital product may be provided immediately and acknowledge that this may affect or remove any withdrawal or cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law.

Customers may cancel their subscription to prevent future renewals. Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not automatically create a refund for previous billing periods.

5. Hardware changes and activations

Refunds are not provided for hardware changes, Windows reinstalls, PC resets, user configuration changes, or activation issues caused by changing major device components. If possible, we may provide support or manually review activation issues.
